What to write about
- A correction. If a step in a guide no longer matches what you see on screen, tell us which guide and what you saw. These go to the front of the queue.
- A topic request. Something you could not find a decent explanation of anywhere. We read all of these even when we cannot get to them quickly.
- Website work. If you want the hosting and WordPress setup handled rather than doing it yourself, say roughly what you need and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
- Partnerships and review requests. Welcome, with one condition: we do not accept payment for a positive review, and we say in the article when a tool was provided free.
What not to send
We do not publish guest posts, we do not sell links, and we do not accept “sponsored” articles written by somebody else and passed off as ours. Emails offering those will not get a reply.
Before you write about a problem
If you are stuck on something covered by one of our guides, it helps enormously if you can tell us three things: what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and the exact wording of any error message. That usually turns a long back-and-forth into one email.
